ATE Test Automation Development Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Develop ATE systems, write scripts, debug programs, and perform iterative optimization for 800G/1.6T high-speed optical modules; support high-end optical module mass-production testing and resolve technical challenges involving high-speed optoelectronic and signal testing.
2. Lead the introduction of automated NPI testing for new products. Develop ATE testing plans, workflows, parameter thresholds, and calibration standards based on product optoelectronic specifications, and complete sample validation and mass-production implementation.
3. Design, verify, debug, calibrate, and improve ATE fixtures, test boards, and test links; establish a stable automated testing environment and reduce testing errors.
4. Prepare ATE testing SOPs, programming standards, equipment inspection standards, abnormality-handling procedures, and other process documents, and provide production-line training and technical support for automated testing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in optoelectronic information, electronics and communications, automation, computer science, or a related field, with 1–3 years of ATE test automation development experience.
2. Familiarity with core testing indicators for 800G/1.6T high-speed optical modules and with the principles and acceptance criteria for high-speed eye diagrams, bit error rates, high-frequency power consumption, bandwidth, optical parameters, and other high-speed tests. Candidates able to independently develop, optimize, and deploy testing programs for new 800G/1.6T products are preferred. Experience from other industries is also accepted.
3. Clear logical thinking, strong ability to work under pressure, effective on-site problem-solving skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
Work details: Based in Vietnam for 6–12 months. The working language is Chinese.

岗位职责：
1、负责800G/1.6T高速光模块ATE自动化测试系统开发、脚本编写、程序调试及迭代优化，满足高端高速光模块量产测试需求，解决高速光电及高速信号测试技术难点。
2、主导新产品NPI自动化测试导入，根据产品光电参数指标制定ATE测试方案、测试流程、参数阈值及校准标准，完成样品验证与量产落地。
3、负责ATE测试工装、测试板及测试链路的设计验证、调试校准与技改优化，搭建稳定的自动化测试环境，降低测试误差。
4、编写ATE测试SOP、程序规范、设备点检标准、异常处理规范等工艺文件，开展产线自动化测试培训并提供技术支持。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，光电信息、电子通信、自动化、计算机等相关专业，具备1至3年ATE自动化测试开发经验。
2、熟悉800G/1.6T高速光模块核心测试指标，以及高速眼图、高速误码、高频功耗、带宽、光学参数等高速测试原理与判定标准；能够独立完成800G/1.6T新品测试程序开发、迭代优化及量产落地者优先，也可接受其他行业经验。
3、逻辑清晰、抗压能力强，具备良好的现场问题处理能力和团队沟通协作能力。
工作信息：驻越南工作6至12个月，工作语言为中文。
