3. Automation integration and interface management:
- Lead or support the integration of automated placement machines, high-precision DB/WB equipment, coupling, testing, assembly, dispensing and curing equipment, ovens, and automated optoelectronic test systems with the MES.
- Work with SCADA/EAP systems via Web API, SECS/GEM, and related protocols to collect core optoelectronic performance data in real time, including output power, extinction ratio, and bit error rate.
4. Requirements analysis and report development:
- Coordinate with production, quality, and process teams to collect, analyze, and review enhancement requirements and produce technical implementation plans.
- Lead the delivery of visual dashboards and reports covering key indicators such as OEE, first-pass yield, and defective WIP accumulation.
5. Smart-manufacturing digital-twin management:
- Coordinate control-room management and the implementation of LOT and BI business analytics.
- Coordinate equipment modeling, equipment data acquisition, and data visualization.
6. Team and supplier management:
- Manage work allocation, performance evaluations, skills training, and talent-pipeline development for the MES operations team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, automation, electronic information, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. 10–20 years of MES operations or implementation experience in manufacturing, including at least 10 years of operations-team or project-management experience.
3. Experience in optical communications, optical modules, semiconductor/chip packaging and testing, or high-end 3C electronics is preferred.
4. Strong command of MES business functions, including production scheduling, WIP management, quality traceability, equipment management, and material error prevention.
5. Proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL; ability to write complex SQL statements and stored procedures and optimize high-volume reporting queries.
6. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, and preferably SECS/GEM.
7. Familiarity with at least one development language, such as Java or C#/.NET. Experience with MES products such as Camstar, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FTPC, or proprietary MES frameworks is preferred.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, pressure-management, cross-functional communication, and incident-response capabilities.
9. Ability to produce standardized operations logs, system configuration manuals, and emergency response guides.
