MES Operations and Implementation Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Deploy and support the launch of MES, ERP, OA, WMS, and related systems; coordinate departmental requirements, prepare implementation plans, and ensure systems are delivered and put into use on schedule.
2. Conduct business requirement research and analysis, understand departmental workflows, organize system requirements, prepare requirement documents, and assist in developing system optimization and integration solutions.
3. Organize functional testing and user acceptance validation, track and resolve operational issues, recommend process improvements, and help improve system stability and business alignment.
4. Train local IT technicians and business users in Vietnam to improve their system operation and basic maintenance capabilities. Prepare user manuals and training materials and establish a knowledge-transfer mechanism.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above and at least three years of experience implementing and launching MES, ERP, WMS, or OA systems. Familiarity with deployment processes is required; complete system deployment and go-live experience is preferred.
2. Cross-functional project coordination experience and the ability to create and execute system launch plans based on business processes.
3. Experience independently conducting business research, communicating effectively with business departments, identifying workflows and pain points, and preparing business requirement documents or solution-design documents.
4. Ability to analyze system operating issues and recommend improvements. Experience participating in secondary system development or process improvement is preferred.
5. Experience training frontline users and translating complex technical content into clear operating instructions. Familiarity with user manuals and FAQ documentation and awareness of knowledge management are required.
Work location: Lot TT, TS5 Road, Tien Son Industrial Park, Tan Hong, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. This is a long-term onsite assignment. Working language: Chinese.

岗位职责：

2. 开展业务需求调研与分析，深入了解各部门业务流程，梳理系统需求，撰写需求文档，并协助制定系统优化与集成方案。
3. 组织系统功能测试和用户验证，跟踪并解决使用过程中的问题，提出流程优化建议，协助提升系统稳定性与业务适配度。
4. 培训越南本地IT技术人员及业务人员，提升其系统操作和基础维护能力；编写操作手册及培训资料，建立知识传承机制。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，具有至少三年MES、ERP、WMS或OA系统实施与上线经验，熟悉系统部署流程；具有完整系统部署上线经验者优先。
2. 具有跨部门项目协调经验，能够根据业务流程制定合理的系统上线计划并推动执行。
3. 具有独立开展业务调研的经验，能够与业务部门有效沟通，梳理业务流程及痛点，并具有撰写业务需求说明书或方案设计文档的实际经验。
4. 能够分析系统运行问题并提出优化建议；参与过系统二次开发或流程改进者优先。
5. 具有一线用户培训经验，能够将复杂技术内容转化为易于理解的操作指引；熟悉操作手册及FAQ文档的编写，并具备一定的知识管理意识。
工作地点：越南北宁省慈山市新红乡仙山工业区TS5路TT号，长期驻场。工作语言：中文。
