About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the entire lifecycle of small home appliance projects, including project initiation, R&D, trial production, and mass production; communicate, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate project activities. Experience advancing beauty device projects is preferred.
2. Develop, track, and coordinate internal schedules for new projects; provide reasonable recommendations and resolve issues arising during project execution.
3. Prepare project workflows and acceptance standards.
4. Coordinate and follow up on customer projects until products enter mass production.

Requirements
1. Proficiency in office software.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
3. Strong organizational, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Work location: Vietnam
Working languages: Chinese and English
Overseas assignment duration: 1 year

岗位职责
1. 负责小家电项目从立项、研发、试制到量产的全过程管理，以及项目沟通、监督、协调和评估；有美容仪项目推进经验者优先。
2. 负责制定、跟踪和协调新项目内部计划进度，提出合理建议并解决项目推进过程中出现的问题。
3. 编制项目流程及验收标准。
4. 负责客户项目对接与跟进，直至产品转入量产。

2. 有责任心和时间观念。
3. 具备较强的组织协调能力、亲和力和良好的沟通能力。
