Operations Project Manager (OPM)

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Order and project management: Manage the complete customer order process from receipt through shipment and ensure an on-time delivery rate of at least 98%; align production schedules with planning and production teams to meet customer demand; track order status, proactively identify risks such as material shortages, insufficient capacity, and quality issues, and drive their resolution.
2. Customer communication in English: Lead weekly conference calls in English and report production progress, shipment plans, and exception-handling solutions to customers; respond promptly to requests concerning order changes, urgent orders, and delivery-date inquiries; prepare and present operational performance reports covering on-time delivery, output, and exception recovery plans.
3. Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with production, planning, procurement, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution; organize internal operations meetings, follow up on production progress, and escalate bottlenecks; support NPI pilot production and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
4. Operational performance improvement: Drive shorter order fulfillment cycles and greater production flexibility; participate in inventory optimization to reduce raw material and finished goods inventory; contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for delivery exceptions.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in OPM, project management, order management, or production planning, with an electronics manufacturing background.
3. Fluent English, with the ability to independently lead customer meetings in English and prepare English emails and reports. Experience with power products such as chargers, adapters, UPS systems, or server power supplies, or with wire harness and cable assembly, is preferred.
4. Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Yonyou; advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, and proficiency with PowerPoint.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective multitasking capabilities.

岗位职责
1. 订单与项目管理：负责客户订单从接收到出货的全流程管理，确保按时交付率（OTD）不低于98%；与计划、生产团队对齐生产排程，确保满足客户需求；跟踪订单状态，提前识别缺料、产能不足、品质异常等风险并推动解决。
2. 英文客户沟通：主导每周英文电话会议，向客户汇报生产进度、出货计划及异常处理方案；及时回复客户关于订单变更、急单和交期查询等需求；准备并汇报运营绩效报告，包括OTD、产出和异常恢复计划。
3. 跨部门协调：与生产、计划、采购、品质、仓库等部门紧密协作，确保订单顺利执行；组织内部运营会议，跟进生产进度并升级瓶颈问题；支持NPI试产，确保顺利交接至量产。
4. 运营绩效改善：推动缩短订单交付周期并提升生产柔性；参与库存管理优化，降低原材料与成品库存；参与交付异常的根因分析与纠正措施制定。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链、工商管理、工程类相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上OPM、项目管理、订单管理或生产计划经验，以及电子制造行业背景。
3. 英语流利，能独立主导英文客户会议并撰写英文邮件及报告；有电源产品，如充电器、适配器、UPS、服务器电源，或线束、Cable组装经验者优先。
4. 熟练使用ERP系统，如SAP、Oracle、用友等；精通Excel透视表、VLOOKUP及PPT。
5. 沟通协调能力强，能承受压力并具备多任务处理能力。
