MEP Project Manager

About this task

Location: Primarily Vietnam, with possible assignments in India, Malaysia, or Spain.
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: CNY 20,000-25,000 per month.
- 30 days of home leave after completing one year overseas.

Responsibilities:
1. Independently conduct site surveys, accurately identify client requirements, propose solutions, prepare itemized lists, and organize construction after project award.
2. Manage project sites and control costs according to project drawings, design requirements, and contract terms.
3. Prepare project execution and construction schedules and drive their implementation.
4. Participate in construction drawing reviews and organize technical briefings.
5. Dynamically manage project quality, progress, and site standards.
6. Request installation materials, equipment, and spare parts, and oversee incoming material inspections and quality control.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above and at least five years of relevant experience; experience in MEP installation is preferred.
2. Fluent spoken English and Spanish and willingness to be stationed overseas long term.
3. Proficiency in office software and CAD drafting software.
4. Familiarity with relevant construction processes and project management, with substantial project management experience.
5. Strong technical competence, professional ethics, accountability, and execution skills.
6. Strong learning, communication, coordination, and organizational abilities; good health and energy.

工作地点：以越南为主，也可能派驻印度、马来西亚或西班牙。
薪资福利：

岗位职责：
1. 独立勘察现场，准确了解客户需求，提供方案并列出准确清单，中标后组织施工。
2. 根据项目图纸、设计要求及合同条款，对项目工程现场进行管理并控制成本。
3. 编制项目执行计划书和施工进度计划，并推动落实。
4. 参与施工图纸会审，组织技术交底。
5. 动态管理工程项目质量、进度及文明施工等事项。
6. 申请项目安装所需材料、设备及配件，并负责来料检查和品质监控。
任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，有机电工程安装工作经历者优先。
2. 英语及西班牙语口语流利，可接受长期驻外。
3. 熟悉办公软件及CAD绘图软件。
4. 熟悉项目相关专业施工流程及项目管理方法，具有较丰富的项目管理经验。
5. 技术能力过硬，具备良好的职业素养和职业道德，责任心强、执行力高。
6. 具备良好的学习、沟通、协调和组织能力，身体健康、精力充沛。
