Drilling Project Manager

About this task

Location: Zambia.
Compensation: CNY 25,000-35,000 per month, paid over 13 months annually.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Zambian company's drilling projects.
2. Complete the drilling assignments set by the company.
3. Communicate and coordinate with the project owner.
4. Manage drilling project settlement and billing.
5. Oversee project technology and construction activities.
6. Control project schedules and costs.
7. Manage project equipment and materials.
8. Train and manage project technical personnel.
9. Manage project safety and on-site operations.
Requirements:
1. At least three years of experience in diamond core drilling production and organization; at least two years of drilling project management experience in Africa is preferred.
2. Thorough knowledge of wireline coring processes, drilling production management procedures, and quality standards.
3. Ability to guide project production, with extensive experience operating drilling rigs and handling equipment failures and downhole incidents.
4. Ability to independently coordinate projects, organize and dispatch personnel, and make decisions.
5. Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to independently resolve construction, personnel, coordination, and other unexpected on-site issues involving the client.
6. Strong safety awareness, foresight, accountability, execution, resilience under pressure, and external communication skills.
7. Ability to strictly comply with company management policies.

薪资：月薪25-35K人民币，13薪。
岗位职责：
1. 负责赞比亚公司钻探项目的管理。
2. 完成公司下达的钻探任务。
3. 负责与业主方沟通协调。
4. 负责钻探项目结算。
5. 负责项目技术及施工管理。
6. 负责项目进度和成本管控。
7. 负责项目设备和物资管理。
8. 负责项目技术人员的培训和管理。
9. 负责项目安全和现场管理。
任职要求：
1. 具有3年以上金刚石取芯钻探生产和组织经验；有2年以上非洲钻探项目管理经验者优先。
2. 熟练掌握绳索取芯工艺流程、钻探生产管理流程及质量标准。
3. 能够指导项目生产，具有丰富的钻机设备操作、故障及井下事故处理经验。
4. 具备独立统筹项目、组织调度人员及解决问题的能力。
5. 具备较强的沟通和管理能力，能够独立处理甲方沟通及现场突发的施工、人员和协调问题。
6. 具有较强的安全意识和事态预见能力，责任心强、执行力高，并具备良好的抗压和对外沟通能力。
7. 能够严格遵守公司的管理制度。
