Mechanical Project Manager

About this task

Location: Zambia or Namibia. Initial training is conducted in Jining, Shandong, and Guangzhou, with accommodation and meals provided during training.
Compensation and benefits:
- Domestic training period: CNY 5,000 per month.
- First three months overseas: CNY 12,000 per month.
- After passing the assessment: CNY 15,000 per month.
- After one to two years: CNY 18,000 per month.
- After three years: salary adjusted based on ability, with no stated upper limit.
- Home leave once every six months; a base salary of CNY 5,000 per month is paid during leave.
- Five social insurances and housing provident fund, paid leave, and employee training.
- Accommodation, meals, visas, and flights are provided or covered during overseas assignments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a mechanical field, such as mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics; recent graduates are preferred.
2. CET-6 English proficiency, with basic English communication skills sufficient for simple business communication and document reading.
3. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, accountability, resilience under pressure, and teamwork awareness.
4. Willingness to accept a long-term overseas assignment, returning to China for leave every six months; clear career planning and willingness to develop toward sales management and project coordination.

工作地点：赞比亚或纳米比亚。前期在山东济宁和广州培训，培训期间由公司承担食宿。
薪资福利：
- 国内培训期：月薪5000元人民币。
- 海外前3个月：月薪12000元人民币。
- 考核合格后：月薪15000元人民币。
- 工作1至2年：月薪18000元人民币。
- 工作3年以上：根据能力调薪，上限不设限。
- 每半年可回国休假一次，休假期间发放每月5000元基本工资。
- 提供五险一金、带薪休假和员工培训。
- 驻外期间提供食宿，签证和机票费用由公司承担。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、机电一体化等机械类相关专业，应届毕业生优先。
2. 英语六级，具备基本英语沟通能力，能够进行简单商务沟通及阅读相关文档。
3. 性格外向，善于沟通表达，具备较强的责任心、抗压能力和团队协作意识。
4. 愿意接受长期海外派驻，每半年回国休假一次；具有清晰的职业规划，愿意向销售管理和项目统筹方向发展。
