Project Delivery Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of photovoltaic and energy storage projects within the assigned region.
2. Develop service solutions during the bidding stage and assess project execution risks.
3. Oversee on-site project delivery, workflows, schedules and delivery costs.
4. Resolve on-site issues.
5. Ensure sustainable project operations and improve operating efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, electrical automation, photovoltaic or energy storage systems, or a related field.
2. At least two years of experience working on and managing overseas projects of 100 MW or above; experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other office software, with strong written communication skills.
Location: Zambia or Nigeria. Overseas assignment duration: 6–12 months.

3、负责现场项目交付以及项目流程、进度和交付成本管理。
4、处理现场问题。
5、保障项目可持续运营并提升运行效率。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电力、电气自动化、光伏或储能系统相关专业。
2、具有不少于2年的海外100MW以上项目工作及管理经验，有新能源行业经验者优先。
3、英语精通。
4、熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备良好的文案能力。
工作地点：赞比亚或尼日利亚；驻外时长：6至12个月。
