Spanish-Speaking Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and control overseas project management activities, including the development of project management systems, policies and processes.
2. Analyze, monitor and mitigate overseas project execution risks; prepare and implement project management plans.
3. Manage overseas project documentation.
4. Organize and manage project scope, schedule, quality, cost, procurement, staffing, communications, risks and knowledge.
5. Supervise project team execution and evaluate results.
6. Control product structure costs for assigned projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electromechanical engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Office software.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, value and customer service, with excellent planning, execution, communication, coordination, learning and teamwork skills.
4. Good Spanish communication skills sufficient for use as the working language.
5. Good physical condition and ability to undertake a long-term overseas assignment of at least five months.
Location: Chile. The stated assignment period is 3–6 months.

任职要求：
1、机电类、工业工程、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有PMP证书者优先。
2、熟练使用Office软件。
3、责任心和敬业精神强，具备良好的价值意识、服务意识、客户意识、策划能力、执行力、学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队协作能力。
4、具备可作为工作语言的良好西班牙语沟通能力。
5、身体健康，能够接受至少5个月的长期海外派驻。
工作地点：智利；职位信息标注的驻外时长为3至6个月。
