Job Responsibilities
Develop and iterate on annual, quarterly, and monthly offline channel marketing strategies and execution plans for the North America region, closely aligned with regional sales targets, to ensure steady growth in offline channel sales volume and market share.
Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with core North American retail partners, negotiating in-store promotional resources, dedicated display space, exclusive offline events, and merchandising resources to maximize channel exposure and sales potential.
Lead the planning, launch, and end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns, including quarterly promotions, new product offline roadshows, in-store experience events, and channel-exclusive offers. Review campaign data and optimize execution details to continuously improve terminal conversion efficiency.
Establish brand display standards for offline retail terminals across North America, overseeing the execution and inspection of brand imagery, product displays, and promotional materials in stores to ensure a consistent, standardized offline brand presence.
Coordinate with internal teams including product, digital marketing, supply chain, and sales to match offline marketing resource needs, efficiently resolve channel operation pain points, and achieve an effective closed-loop collaboration between marketing and sales.
Continuously track offline retail industry trends, competitor channel marketing strategies, and market dynamics in North America; regularly produce market analysis reports and adjust marketing tactics in a timely manner to strengthen the brand's channel competitive advantage.
Manage and develop the offline channel marketing team, own team performance metrics, guide the team in project execution, and drive the team's professional capability development and talent pipeline building.
Manage the offline marketing budget responsibly, optimize resource allocation, improve marketing investment ROI, and complete budget reviews, effectiveness evaluations, and monthly/quarterly settlements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in offline channel marketing/trade marketing in the North American consumer electronics/smart home industry, including 3+ years of senior team management experience.
Deep familiarity with North American offline retail market rules, with strong expertise in the operating models and partnership mechanisms of major retail chains such as Costco, Best Buy, and Walmart, along with an established base of channel resources.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale offline marketing projects end-to-end, with the ability to independently develop channel marketing strategies that drive business growth, backed by strong results in sales growth and market expansion.
Excellent cross-departmental and cross-partner negotiation skills, resource integration capability, and project coordination ability, with the ability to efficiently coordinate multiple resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Strong data analysis and market insight capabilities, able to assess market trends based on terminal sales data and industry dynamics to precisely optimize marketing decisions.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to seamlessly adapt to local business communication in North America, cross-regional team collaboration, and overseas coordination work.
Strong leadership, team management skills, and resilience under pressure, with clear goal orientation, rigorous logic, and excellent execution ability.
