Oversee digital marketing budget management, accurately allocate traffic and campaign budgets, continuously optimize ROI, reduce customer acquisition cost, and improve overall online marketing returns.
Coordinate with product, content, social media, and sales teams to achieve deep synergy between digital marketing, content distribution, and business sales, building a closed-loop online marketing growth engine.
Continuously track North American digital marketing industry trends, platform policy updates, and competitors' digital operations strategies; innovate marketing approaches to maintain the brand's leading position in digital operations within the industry.
Manage the digital marketing team, set team goals and performance evaluation mechanisms, guide project execution, and drive the team's professional development and talent growth.
