Central Warehouse Storekeeper

About this task

Location: Guinea. The specific assignment may be in the Boké Region, Boffa area, or the capital, depending on project needs.
Compensation: CNY 14,000–18,000 per month.
Contract: One-year employment contract with a three-month assessment period for the initial contract; renewed contracts do not include an assessment period.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of overseas vehicle and parts warehouses and ensure orderly storage and accurate records.
2. Independently complete inbound and outbound vehicle registration, inventory counts, and data updates.
3. Coordinate independently with project teams and domestic and overseas procurement personnel and provide data support for warehouse safety-stock planning.

Requirements:
1. Under 40 years old; open to all genders.
2. Willing and able to work in Guinea on a long-term basis and adapt to the working environment in Africa.
3. At least five years of work experience and familiarity with warehouse-management processes; experience optimizing warehouse management is preferred.
4. Familiarity with warehouse-management systems or Kingdee financial software.
5. Must be able to perform the role independently without training and be ready for an overseas assignment.

Benefits and conditions:
1. Three meals per day are provided through the project-site staff canteen.
2. Shared accommodation for two people per room is provided, along with basic overseas living supplies and personal protective equipment.
3. Overseas commercial insurance covering accidental injury and medical expenses is provided; Chinese social insurance is not provided.
4. Salary is paid one month in arrears to the employee's bank account in China on the 15th of each month.
5. Employees may apply for leave after 11 consecutive months of service, with round-trip airfare and visa arrangements covered by the employer.
6. Employees who leave before completing 11 consecutive months must bear their own airfare and visa costs, which will be deducted from salary.

岗位职责：
1、负责海外车辆及配件仓库的日常管理，确保车辆存放有序、信息准确。
2、独立完成车辆出入库登记、盘点及数据更新。
3、独立对接各项目团队及国内外采购人员，为仓库安全库存管理提供数据支持。

任职要求：
1、年龄40周岁以下，男女不限。
2、愿意长期驻几内亚工作，能够适应非洲工作环境。
3、具备5年及以上工作经验，熟悉仓库管理流程；具有仓库管理优化经验者优先。
4、熟悉仓库管理系统或财务金蝶软件。
5、无需培训即可独立上岗，并能够直接接受海外派驻。

福利及工作条件：
1、项目现场设员工食堂，提供每日三餐。
2、提供两人间宿舍，并免费提供海外基本生活用品及劳保用品。
3、入职后购买海外商业保险，涵盖人身意外伤害及医疗费用；不缴纳中国社保。
4、工资延后一个月发放，每月15日由国内发放人民币至个人银行卡。
5、连续工作满11个月后可申请休假，往返机票及签证由公司负责办理。
6、连续工作未满11个月离岗的，往返机票及签证等费用由个人承担，并从工资中扣除。
