French-Speaking Automotive Sales Representative

About this task

Base salary: 15,000–20,000, plus commission for exceeding the monthly target.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively visit, identify, and develop local customers in Guinea, and establish and maintain stable long-term customer relationships.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and drive sales conversions.
- Collect information on competitors and industry developments in the Guinean market to support the company’s market strategy.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in any discipline; majors in marketing, international trade, French, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong French listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate smoothly with local customers.
- Candidates without French proficiency may also be considered if they are fluent in spoken English.

薪资：底薪1.5万-2万元，超出月度指标另计提成。

岗位职责：
- 主动拜访、挖掘和拓展几内亚当地客户资源，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系。
- 深入了解客户需求，为客户提供专业的产品解决方案，推动销售转化。
- 收集几内亚市场竞品信息及行业动态，为制定市场策略提供参考。

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限；市场营销、国际贸易、法语等相关专业优先。
- 法语具备良好的听说读写能力，能够与当地客户顺畅沟通。
- 不会法语但英语口语流利者也可考虑。
