Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance and construction work for civil roads.
2. Ensure that construction quality complies with applicable requirements and standards.
3. Manage and coordinate site safety to ensure construction proceeds safely and smoothly.
4. Handle communication and coordination throughout the road construction process.
5. Organize and archive site documentation.

Requirements:
1. Experience in infrastructure or road construction is preferred.
2. Possess relevant construction skills, basic machinery operation skills, safety management experience, and the ability to prepare project documentation.
3. Under 40 years old and proficient in preparing civil engineering documentation.
4. Able to report work progress to the client and submit regular written reports.

岗位职责：
1、负责土建道路的维护保养及施工工作；
2、确保施工质量符合相关要求及标准；
3、负责道路施工现场的安全管理和协调，确保施工安全顺利进行；
4、负责道路施工过程中的沟通和协调；
5、负责现场资料的整理与归档。

任职要求：
1、有基建或道路施工相关工作经验者优先；
2、具备一定的施工技能和基本机械操作技能，有安全管理经验，能够编制工程资料；
3、年龄40岁以下，擅长编制土建资料；
4、能够向甲方汇报工作并定期提交书面报告。
