About this task
Work location: Guinea
Compensation: 14K–18K per month.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical management and surveying: Prepare road maintenance construction plans, participate in drawing reviews and technical briefings, and compile technical logs, concealed-work acceptance records, and project completion documentation.
2. Cost and budget control: Verify bills of quantities for maintenance projects, prepare construction drawing budgets, review variation orders and site instructions, and reconcile quantities for final settlement.
3. Safety compliance: Serve concurrently as the project safety officer, conduct routine safety inspections, supervise high-risk works on site, and ensure identified hazards are rectified and closed out. Organize induction safety training and technical safety briefings, and verify that special-operation personnel are properly certified and use personal protective equipment as required.
4. Site execution and general support: Provide resident or巡回 guidance for maintenance work and coordinate intersecting work processes. During non-peak construction periods or project intervals, assist with document filing, register maintenance, basic reports, and accounting support.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in civil engineering, road and bridge engineering, engineering management, safety engineering, or a related discipline. Thorough knowledge of road maintenance processes, material properties, and quality inspection standards.
2. At least three years of technical management experience in road maintenance or municipal engineering, with a complete independently managed project case covering technical management, budgeting, and safety.
3. A valid Class I Registered Constructor certificate in highway engineering or municipal public works engineering.
4. A valid Safety Production Assessment Certificate for full-time construction safety management personnel (C Certificate).

岗位职责：
1、技术管理与测量：负责编制道路养护施工方案，参与图纸会审与技术交底，编制技术日志、隐蔽工程验收记录及竣工技术资料；
2、造价与预算管控：负责养护项目工程量清单核算、施工图预算编制、变更签证审核及结算对量；
3、安全合规管控：兼任项目安全员，落实日常安全巡查、危大工程旁站监督以及隐患排查与整改闭环；组织入场安全教育和技术安全交底；监督特种作业人员持证上岗及劳保用品规范使用；
4、现场执行与综合支持：驻场或巡回指导养护作业，协调工序穿插；非施工高峰期或项目间歇期，协助项目部完成资料归档、台账登记、基础报表及账务辅助工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，土木工程、道路桥梁与渡河工程、工程管理、安全工程等相关专业；精通道路养护工艺流程、材料特性及质量检测标准；
2、有3年以上道路养护或市政工程施工技术管理经验，具备独立承担“技术、预算、安全”综合管理项目的完整案例；
3、持有有效注册状态的一级注册建造师证书，专业方向为公路工程或市政公用工程；
4、持有有效的建筑施工企业专职安全生产管理人员安全生产考核合格证书（C证）。
