Videogame Tester - French

About this task

Position overview:
Test localized video game content and help ensure that the French version meets quality standards. Report to the Linguistic Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned testing tasks thoroughly.
- Identify and report bugs, flaws, and other issues accurately in English and French before product release.
- Inform leads and senior testers early about issues that could delay or stop testing progress.
- Proactively improve knowledge of testing procedures and related equipment.
- Follow security procedures and take responsibility for equipment and software security.

Qualifications:
- Native-level French and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Detailed and structured approach to testing.
- Interest in and knowledge of video games, the video game industry, and PC, Mac, PlayStation, Xbox, and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be eligible to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is not available.

Work conditions and benefits:
- Location: Madrid, Spain.
- Regular working hours are 40 hours per week.
- Occasional overtime on weekdays or weekends may be required and is compensated with time off.
- Relocation support is available for employees joining from outside Madrid.
