Head of EPC Business (Senior Partner)

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Build a localized EPC system in Europe from the ground up, including process development, subcontractor management, and project-delivery capability.
2. Take full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of new energy projects, including commercial and industrial energy storage, charging stations, and integrated energy-storage-plus-charging projects. Duties cover quotations, commercial negotiations, project execution, and delivery.
3. Establish and expand a local European resource network covering electricians, construction teams, lifting services, commissioning providers, and other key partners.
4. Independently drive project implementation and ensure efficient local execution in Europe with reduced reliance on headquarters.
5. Develop and successfully deliver benchmark projects, establish replicable project models, and support business growth at scale.

Requirements
1. EPC project experience in the new energy or power sector; experience with energy storage, photovoltaic, or charging-station projects is preferred.
2. Familiarity with local European project processes, including permitting, grid-connection requirements, and construction standards.
3. Project experience in Germany, the Netherlands, or Eastern Europe is preferred.
4. An established local network of construction teams, electricians, technical partners, or similar resources is preferred.
5. Ability to use English as a working language and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
6. Ability to independently assume responsibility for projects, with a results-oriented approach and the capability to launch a business from zero to one.

Location and travel
The position is based in Europe, primarily the Netherlands, or may involve working between China and Europe with travel across Europe. The expected overseas assignment duration is three to six months.

任职要求
1. 具备新能源或电力领域EPC项目经验，有储能、光伏或充电站项目背景者优先。
2. 熟悉欧洲本地项目运作流程，包括项目许可、并网要求和施工规范等。
3. 有德国、荷兰或东欧地区项目实践经验者优先。
4. 具备一定的本地资源网络，如施工队、电工和技术合作方等。
5. 英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。
6. 能够独立承担项目，结果导向，并能推动业务从0到1落地。

工作地点及出差
工作地点以欧洲荷兰为主，也可能采用中国与欧洲两地办公并在欧洲范围出差的安排，预计驻外时长为3至6个月。
