About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the full project lifecycle by developing execution plans and key milestones; coordinate equipment delivery, technical interfaces, system integration and commissioning, grid-connection acceptance, payment collection, and project review; and ensure complete and compliant project delivery.
2. Support business development and customer relationships by coordinating with overseas project owners, grid operators, and local partners; identify customer needs and project opportunities; mobilize internal cross-functional resources; and advance project awards and market development.
3. Manage project budgets, engineering changes, commercial claims, and variation orders; control costs and ensure project profitability targets are achieved.
4. Ensure projects comply with international standards and local regulatory requirements, identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, prepare reports in both Chinese and English, and document market and delivery experience.
5. Manage and develop domestic, overseas, and local teams, strengthen team capabilities, and build an efficient and stable project-execution organization.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in new energy, electrical engineering, engineering management, or a related discipline. Fluent English is required for independent overseas commercial and technical communication and report writing. Overseas experience is preferred.
2. At least eight years of experience in the new energy industry and at least three years of experience in overseas energy-storage market development and delivery. Candidates must have led the full-cycle implementation of at least two overseas energy-storage projects of 100 MWh or above and be familiar with the energy-storage EPC model.
3. Strong knowledge of energy-storage system architecture, core equipment, international standards, and overseas grid-connection procedures; expertise in overseas energy-storage business development and project-management models; and proficiency with project-management tools.
4. Clear thinking, strong commercial coordination, communication, and resilience, as well as excellent cross-cultural communication and overall management capabilities. The role requires a results-oriented approach and strong execution.
5. Willingness to accept long-term overseas assignments and frequent travel to support projects and market activities worldwide.

Preferred qualifications
1. Familiarity with energy-storage policies and market environments in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Latin America, or other regions, with local project resources and delivery experience preferred.
2. Experience at a leading new energy EPC enterprise is preferred.

Location and assignment
Overseas assignments may include the Netherlands, Finland, France, and Germany. Individual assignments are expected to last one to three months.

1. 负责项目全周期统筹管控，制定项目执行计划与关键里程碑，统筹设备到货、技术对接、系统联调、并网验收、回款复盘等全流程，把控整体交付履约，完成项目闭环交付。
2. 负责商务拓展与客户维护，对接海外业主、电网及属地合作方，挖掘客户需求与项目机会，联动内部跨部门资源，推进项目定点落地与市场深耕。
3. 负责成本与商务管理，包括项目预算管控、工程变更、商务索赔及签证管理，严格控制项目成本，保障项目盈利目标达成。
4. 负责质量合规与风险管控，确保项目符合国际标准及属地合规要求，识别各类项目风险并制定应对方案，输出中英文报告，沉淀市场与交付经验。
5. 负责海内外及属地团队管理与人才建设，提升团队能力，搭建高效稳定的业务执行团队。

任职要求
1. 新能源、电气工程、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；英语流利，能够独立完成海外商务及技术对接和报告撰写，有海外经验者优先。
2. 具有8年以上新能源行业经验及3年以上海外储能市场开发与交付经验；主导过至少2个海外100MWh以上储能项目的全周期落地，并熟悉储能EPC运作模式。
3. 熟悉储能系统架构、核心设备、国际标准及海外并网流程，精通海外储能商务拓展及项目管理模式，熟练使用各类项目管理工具。
4. 逻辑清晰，具备较强的商务统筹、沟通协调及抗压能力，以及优秀的跨文化沟通和全局管控能力；结果导向，执行力强。
5. 能接受长期海外驻外及高频出差，适应全球各区域的项目和市场工作。

加分项
1. 熟悉欧美、东南亚、拉美等区域的储能政策与市场环境，具备属地项目资源及交付经验者优先。
2. 具有头部新能源EPC企业从业背景者优先。

工作地点及驻外安排
可能派驻荷兰、芬兰、法国和德国，每次驻外时长预计为1至3个月。
