After-Sales Service Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Commission products for overseas markets and perform troubleshooting and on-site fault analysis.
2. Provide technical training and guidance to overseas customers and distributors.
3. Conduct regular customer follow-ups and collect product usage feedback.
4. Handle customer complaints, respond promptly, and develop solutions.
5. Manage overseas spare-parts inventory and coordinate logistics and delivery.
6. Participate in developing after-sales service plans and optimizing service processes.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
2. One to five years of after-sales service experience involving mechanical equipment. Must be familiar with mechanical and electrical maintenance and able to independently install and commission equipment. Experience in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or 3D printing is preferred.
3. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate independently with overseas customers. CET-4 or an equivalent level is required.
4. Proficiency in Office, CAD, SolidWorks, and related software. Knowledge of mechanical principles, electrical fundamentals, and transmission systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and use relevant maintenance tools.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset. Must be able to undertake long-term overseas business travel.
6. Overseas assignments may include the Netherlands and the United States, with English as the working language. Each assignment generally lasts three to six months.

3. 英语听说读写流利，能够独立与海外客户沟通，要求英语四级或同等水平。
4. 熟练使用Office、CAD、SolidWorks等软件，掌握机械原理、电气基础、传动等专业知识，熟悉设备故障排查方法并能使用相关维修工具。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、责任心和服务意识，能够适应长期海外出差。
6. 驻外国家可能包括荷兰和美国，工作语言为英语，单次驻外时长通常为3至6个月。
