Facilities Manager

About this task

The role requires English as a working language. Potential overseas locations include Paris, Amsterdam, Dublin, Helsinki, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily operation and maintenance of data center electromechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, fire protection, and security systems.
2. Establish facility operation and maintenance procedures, inspection standards, and preventive maintenance plans.
3. Coordinate the daily work of internal teams and outsourced service providers.
4. Lead emergency responses to major equipment failures and drive energy-efficiency improvements and system optimization projects.

Requirements
1. Solid knowledge of Tier III/IV data center electromechanical system architecture and operation and maintenance standards. Strong technical expertise in power distribution, cooling, fire protection, and related systems, with the ability to independently assess equipment conditions and identify root causes of failures.
2. Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support and lead emergency responses to major incidents, quickly locate problems, and coordinate cross-functional recovery efforts.
3. At least eight years of data center facility operation and maintenance experience and at least three years of team management experience. Experience managing outsourced teams, performance evaluations, and service quality is required.
4. Ability to establish ITIL processes, standardize operations and maintenance, and continuously optimize PUE and energy efficiency.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
6. This is a long-term overseas assignment. Possible assignment destinations include the Netherlands, Spain, France, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates, and the working language is English.

2. 具备7×24小时On-Call响应和重大故障应急指挥能力，能够快速定位问题并主导跨团队协同恢复。
3. 具备8年以上数据中心设施运维经验和3年以上团队管理经验，能够开展外包团队日常管控、绩效考核与质量把关。
4. 具备ITIL流程体系建设能力，能够推动运维规范化以及PUE和能效持续优化。
5. 具备强烈的责任心、风险预判意识以及跨部门沟通协调能力。
6. 该岗位需要长期驻外，可能的驻外国家包括荷兰、西班牙、法国、马来西亚和阿联酋，工作语言为英语。
