Project Manager (Automotive Production Lines)

About this task

This position is based in Hangzhou and requires frequent overseas travel, including assignments in Canada, Mexico, the United States, Germany, and Spain. Overseas assignments generally last 3–6 months. Relevant work authorization, such as an H-1B visa for the United States, may be required.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop project implementation plans and establish, organize, and manage project teams.
2. Control overall project quality, schedule, and costs.
3. Allocate the project budget across departments and monitor its implementation in a timely manner.
4. Prepare a comprehensive project summary upon completion.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, automation, automotive manufacturing, or another engineering discipline, with an interest in machine vision products and intelligent manufacturing.
2. Experience in the automotive industry and in project management for production-line system integrators.
3. Clear logical thinking, curiosity, and strong communication, collaboration, execution, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to travel frequently while being based in Hangzhou.
5. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.

4. 能够适应频繁出差，工作地点常驻杭州。
5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够将英语作为工作语言。
