About this task

During the first six months after joining, the employee must rotate through overseas subsidiaries in Ghana, Tanzania, or Dubai, generally for 3–6 months during the first year. Overseas benefits include accommodation and meals, visas and airfare, and business-travel allowances. Domestic benefits include social insurance and housing fund contributions, supplementary commercial medical insurance, meal allowances, and statutory holidays.

Responsibilities:
1. Collect, organize, and analyze production and operational data from the group and its gold-mining subsidiaries, providing foundational data and decision-making support. Submit regular daily and weekly reports to management.
2. Establish and maintain data metrics and reports, and track business progress and trends.
3. Participate in planning and executing the company’s data strategy and promote digital transformation and technological innovation.
4. Explore and apply data-mining and machine-learning techniques to improve the value and utilization of data.
5. Become familiar with gold-mine production and operational analysis, primarily covering mining, mineral processing, geology, and laboratory testing, and provide relevant data support.
6. Monitor regular departmental reporting and prepare summaries and analyses for routine meetings.
7. Monitor procurement, inventory, customs clearance, and logistics processes, and regularly follow up on departmental data submissions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mining, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency with common data-analysis tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
3. Strong data-processing and analytical skills, with the ability to develop data solutions and reports according to business needs.
4. Ability to use English as a written working language; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.

入职前半年需前往加纳、坦桑尼亚或迪拜的海外子公司学习轮岗，首年驻外时间一般为3至6个月。海外福利包括食宿全包、签证机票及出差补贴；国内福利包括五险一金、补充商业医疗保险、餐补及法定节假日休息。

4. 探索和应用数据挖掘及机器学习技术，提高数据价值和利用效率。
5. 熟悉金矿生产经营分析，主要涉及采矿、选厂、地质和化验，并提供相关数据支持。
6. 监督各部门定期汇报工作，完成例会总结分析。
7. 监督采购、库存、清关和物流等环节，定期督促各部门提交数据。

任职要求：
1. 矿业、统计学、数学、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟练使用Excel、SQL、Power BI和Python等常见数据分析工具及平台。
3. 具备较强的数据处理和分析能力，能够根据业务需求制定数据方案和报表。
4. 能够将英语作为书面工作语言，掌握其他语种者优先。
