Deputy Project Manager / Chief Technical Engineer (Industrial Installation)

About this task

Work location: Zimbabwe. The working language is English, and the overseas assignment generally lasts 6–12 months.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the project quality assurance plan, construction technical plans, and safe and orderly construction management plans, and oversee their inspection and implementation.
2. Develop, break down, coordinate, and implement the project’s overall quality objectives.
3. Plan, organize, manage, and implement project objectives relating to quality, schedule, safe and orderly construction, and quality awards.
4. Organize relevant departments and management personnel to represent the project management team in meetings and discussions with the owner, supervisor, or designer concerning construction plans, technology, design, and quality.
5. Lead the preparation, revision, and review of construction organization designs and major technical plans; supervise their implementation and promptly resolve technical issues arising on site.
6. Review subcontractors’ technical plans.
7. Inspect and review as-built drawings, completion documentation, and technical records.
8. Organize pre-employment training for labor teams and review training effectiveness.
9. Implement the company’s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system documents; identify the laws, regulations, standards, and specifications applicable to the project; and lead the handling of on-site quality and safety incidents.

工作地点为津巴布韦，工作语言为英语，驻外时长一般为6至12个月。

岗位职责：
1. 负责编制项目质量保证计划、各类施工技术方案及安全文明施工组织管理方案，并检查和落实执行情况。
2. 负责总体质量目标的编制、分解、协调和落实。
3. 负责项目质量、进度、安全文明施工及质量奖项目标的策划、组织、管理和落实。
4. 组织相关部门和管理人员代表项目经理部，参与业主、监理或设计方就施工方案、技术、设计和质量等事项召开的会议及讨论。
5. 主持施工组织设计和重大技术方案的编制、修订与审核，督促落实技术方案及施工组织设计的主要内容，并及时解决现场技术问题。
6. 负责审核分包方的技术方案。
7. 检查和审核竣工图、竣工资料及技术资料整理工作。
8. 组织劳务队伍岗前培训，并审查培训效果。
9. 执行质量、环境及职业健康安全体系文件，选定适用于本项目的法律法规、标准和规范，并主持处理现场质量及安全事故。
