Mining Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Break down and implement the company’s annual production and operational targets, develop specific execution plans for the project company, and ensure the annual targets are achieved.
2. Regularly report implementation progress and provide updates on how changes in Zimbabwe’s market, resources, and policies may affect the targets.
3. Control project costs, keep expenditures within budget, and implement effective cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement measures to enhance project performance.
4. Coordinate the project company’s safety, production, equipment, and operational management, and establish sound safety management and employment systems that comply with local policies and regulations.
5. In line with the company’s strategic development needs, monitor local market trends, assess competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, identify potential market opportunities, and support project development and workforce cultivation.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in mining or a related discipline.
2. Hold a Class I Constructor qualification and have at least five years of experience in the same position, with a working command of English.
3. Age requirement: 35–50.
4. Overseas work experience is preferred.

Work location: Zimbabwe. Working language: English. This is a long-term overseas assignment.

1、分解落实公司年度生产经营目标，制定项目公司的具体实施计划，确保年度生产经营目标完成。
2、定期汇报执行进展，反馈津巴布韦当地市场、资源和政策等变化对目标的影响。
3、控制项目成本，确保支出在预算范围内，制定并落实降本增效措施，提升项目经营水平。
4、统筹项目公司的安全、生产、设备和经营等管理工作，组织建立健全符合当地政策要求的安全管理制度和用工制度。
5、根据公司战略发展需要，依托项目公司了解当地市场动态和竞争对手优劣势，识别潜在市场机会，并配合开展项目开拓和人力资源培育。

任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，矿山相关专业。
2、具有一级建造师资格及同岗位5年以上工作经历，具备一定的英语能力。
3、年龄要求：35—50岁。
4、有海外相关工作经历者优先。

工作地点：津巴布韦。工作语言：英语。需长期驻外。
