Project Manager (Power Plant Boiler Installation)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the project quality assurance plan, construction technical plans, and safe and orderly construction management plans, and oversee their implementation.
2. Establish, break down, coordinate, and implement the overall quality objectives.
3. Plan, organize, manage, and implement project objectives for quality, schedule, safe and orderly construction, and quality awards.
4. Organize relevant departments and management personnel to represent the project management team in meetings and discussions with the owner, supervisor, and designer concerning construction plans, technology, design, and quality.
5. Lead the preparation, revision, and review of construction organization designs and major technical plans; ensure their key requirements are implemented and promptly resolve technical issues arising on site.
6. Review technical plans submitted by subcontractors.
7. Inspect and review as-built drawings, completion documentation, and technical records.
8. Organize pre-job training for labor teams and assess the effectiveness of the training.
9. Implement the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system documents; select the laws, regulations, standards, and specifications applicable to the project; and lead the handling of on-site quality and safety incidents.
Assignment details: Based in Zimbabwe for 6–12 months. Working language: Mandarin Chinese.

岗位职责：
1. 负责编制项目质量保证计划、各类施工技术方案和安全文明施工组织管理方案，并检查和落实相关工作。
2. 负责总体质量目标的编制、分解、协调和落实。
3. 负责项目质量、进度、安全文明施工及质量奖项目标的策划、组织、管理和落实。
4. 组织相关部门和管理人员代表项目经理部，参与业主、监理或设计方就施工方案、技术、设计及质量等事项召开的会议和讨论。
5. 主持施工组织设计和重大技术方案的编制、修订与审核，督促落实技术方案和施工组织设计的主要内容，并及时解决现场技术问题。
6. 负责审核分包方的技术方案。
7. 检查和审核竣工图、竣工资料及技术资料整理工作。
8. 组织劳务队伍岗前培训并审查培训效果。
9. 执行公司质量、环境及职业健康安全体系文件，选定适用于本项目的法律法规、标准和规范，并主持处理现场质量与安全事故。
驻外信息：工作地点为津巴布韦，驻外时长6至12个月，工作语言为中文。
