LNG Construction Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the organization and management of the LNG project construction site, coordinating the four core indicators of schedule, quality, safety, and cost.
2. Prepare and optimize construction organization plans, coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities, and ensure the project is delivered according to planned milestones.
3. Closely supervise the construction quality of critical processes such as cryogenic storage tank installation and pipeline welding, implement the HSE management system, and prevent safety incidents.
4. Lead on-site technical briefings and variation and site instruction management, and resolve major technical challenges and emergencies during construction.
5. Liaise with the owner, supervisor, and subcontractors, provide regular project progress reports, and coordinate resources to support smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in oil and gas storage and transportation, chemical machinery, civil engineering, or a related field. A registered constructor qualification is preferred.
2. More than five years of experience in large-scale petrochemical or LNG project construction, with knowledge of cryogenic equipment installation and commissioning as well as pipeline construction processes and standards.
3. Strong command of engineering project management processes, with excellent site coordination, risk anticipation, and emergency response capabilities.
4. A valid Safety Officer C Certificate and familiarity with national construction laws and regulations and petrochemical industry safety and environmental standards.
5. Ability to undertake a long-term site assignment, with excellent team leadership, resilience under pressure, and professional ethics.
Assignment details: Based in Qatar for one year. Working language: English.

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责LNG项目施工现场的组织管理，统筹进度、质量、安全及成本四大核心指标。
2. 编制并优化施工组织设计方案，协调设计、采购与施工环节，确保工程按照计划节点交付。
3. 严格监督低温储罐、管道焊接等关键工序的施工质量，落实HSE管理体系，杜绝安全事故。
4. 主导现场技术交底与变更签证管理，解决施工过程中的重大技术难题及突发状况。
5. 对接业主、监理及分包单位，定期汇报工程进展，协调各方资源，保障项目顺利推进。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，油气储运、化工机械、土木工程或相关专业，持有注册建造师证者优先。
2. 具有五年以上大型石化或LNG项目建设经验，熟悉低温设备安装调试及管道施工工艺规范。
3. 精通工程项目管理流程，具备较强的现场协调、风险预判及突发事件处置能力。
4. 持有效安全员C证，熟悉国家工程建设法律法规及石油化工行业安全环保标准。
5. 能够适应长期驻场工作，具备优秀的团队领导力、抗压能力及良好的职业道德素养。
驻外信息：工作地点为卡塔尔，驻外时长1年，工作语言为英语。
