Project Presales Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct project requirement research, communicate thoroughly with in-country sales personnel and customers, identify and guide customer needs, and develop solutions.
2. Develop standardized industry solutions and continuously track their application and improve the related materials.
3. Deliver product and solution training to sales technical personnel at representative offices and to customers.
4. Conduct industry research, including analysis of competitors' solution strengths and weaknesses, regional industry policies, and future industry trends.
5. Collect and report presales issues, prepare requirement analysis documents following customer discussions, and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
6. Manage the progress of and support relevant regional promotional activities.
Requirements:
1. At least three years of experience in security industry solutions, project presales, or technical support.
2. Familiarity with security monitoring system integration and proficiency with communications, storage, and networking equipment.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, a high level of responsibility, an industry solution-oriented mindset, and solid solution writing and technical communication capabilities.
4. Ability to accept a long-term assignment and work effectively in demanding conditions.
5. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language. Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
Assignment details: Based in Qatar for one year. Working language: English.

岗位职责：

2. 负责制作行业标准化解决方案，持续跟踪相关资料的应用情况并进行改进。
3. 面向代表处销售技术人员及客户开展产品解决方案培训。
4. 负责行业研究，包括竞争对手方案优缺点、地区行业政策及行业未来趋势研究。
5. 反馈和收集项目售前问题，撰写客户交流后的需求分析书，并依据客户需求提供合理的解决方案。
6. 负责区域相关推广活动的进展管理和支持。
任职要求：
1. 具有3年以上安防行业解决方案、项目售前或技术支持工作经验。
2. 熟悉安防监控系统集成，熟练掌握通信、存储及网络设备。
3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力和高度责任心，具有行业解决方案意识，以及良好的解决方案编写与技术沟通能力。
4. 能够适应长期驻外工作，具备吃苦耐劳精神。
5. 英语可作为工作语言，会其他语种者优先。
驻外信息：工作地点为卡塔尔，驻外时长1年，工作语言为英语。
