ELV Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the full lifecycle of intelligent ELV projects, including security surveillance, structured cabling, networking, access control, and building automation. This covers preliminary coordination, construction implementation, onsite control, commissioning, acceptance, final settlement, and delivery on schedule and to the required quality and scope.
2. Coordinate project resources, manage construction crews and subcontractors, oversee onsite progress, quality, safety, and site standards, and promptly resolve technical, construction, and emergency issues.
3. Manage project costs, variations and approvals, documentation, drawing reviews, and the preparation and archiving of completion documents. Lead project acceptance, account reconciliation, settlement, and payment collection.
4. Liaise with clients, supervisors, suppliers, and partners, maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinate issues throughout the project, and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Control project risks, conduct project reviews, and ensure the implementation of standardized project management procedures.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in electromechanical engineering, automation, computer science, electronic information, or a related field.
2. At least three years of experience managing ELV or intelligent building projects, with the ability to independently lead a team through full project delivery and familiarity with the construction processes of ELV systems.
3. Ability to read construction drawings, proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office, and the ability to independently prepare construction plans and completion documents.
4. Strong onsite management, team coordination, business communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and accept long-term onsite assignments and business travel.
5. Candidates holding a Class I or II Electromechanical Constructor certificate, Safety Officer B certificate, PMP, or Information Systems Project Management Professional qualification are preferred. Experience with large industrial parks or intelligent building projects is also preferred.

Work location and benefits
Based onsite in Malaysia for approximately two years. The company provides accommodation, visas, flights, and an overseas allowance. Working languages are Malay, Chinese, and English.

岗位职责
1、独立负责智能化弱电项目（安防监控、综合布线、网络、门禁、楼宇自控等）全流程管理，包括前期对接、施工落地、现场管控、调试验收、竣工结算，确保项目保质、保量、按期交付。
2、统筹项目资源，管理施工班组及分包单位，负责施工现场进度、质量、安全及文明施工管控，及时处理现场技术、施工及突发问题。
3、负责项目成本管控、变更签证、资料整理、图纸核对、竣工资料编制与归档，主导项目验收、对账结算及回款推进工作。
4、对接客户、监理、供应商及合作方，维护各方关系，协调项目全过程问题，保障项目顺利推进及客户满意度。
5、做好项目风险管控和过程复盘，推动项目管理制度规范落地。

任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，机电、自动化、计算机、电子信息等相关专业。
2、3年以上弱电或智能化项目管理经验，能独立带队完成项目全流程交付，熟悉各类弱电系统施工工艺及流程。
3、能看懂施工图纸，熟练使用CAD和Office办公软件，可独立编制施工方案及竣工资料。
4、具备良好的现场管理、团队统筹、商务沟通及问题处理能力，抗压性强，可适应长期驻场及出差。
5、持有一级或二级机电建造师、安全员B证、PMP、信息系统项目管理师等证书者优先；具有大型园区或楼宇智能化项目经验者优先。

工作地点及福利
常驻马来西亚项目现场，驻外时长约2年。公司提供住宿、签证、机票及海外补贴。工作语言为马来语、中文和英语。
