Project Manager/Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for project management from initiation through acceptance and payment collection.
2. Serve as the primary person accountable for project safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
3. Organize and allocate project resources effectively and manage the organization, planning, direction, coordination, and control of daily work.
4. Take full responsibility for project risk control, promptly coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensure their closure.
5. Maintain client relationships, develop stakeholder influence maps, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
6. Complete other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, HVAC, engineering management, or a related discipline. An associate degree may be accepted for candidates with extensive experience.
2. Under 40 years old.
3. At least five years of experience in HVAC, automatic controls, air-conditioning, compressed-air systems, or a related industry.
4. Familiarity with contract law, engineering-related laws and regulations, electromechanical and HVAC expertise, and applicable national standards.
5. Basic knowledge of communication equipment such as gateways and protocols including Modbus, BACnet, and OPC.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Visio, and related office software.
7. Experience in the HVAC or building automation industry is preferred.

Work arrangement
This is a full-time onsite assignment in Malaysia lasting approximately one to three months. English is the working language.

1、全面负责项目管理工作，覆盖项目启动至项目验收和回款全过程。
2、作为项目第一责任人，对项目安全、进度、成本、质量等方面进行管理。
3、合理组织和调度项目资源，负责日常工作的组织、计划、指挥、协调及控制。
4、全面负责项目风险管控，及时协调相关方解决问题并推动闭环。
5、维护客户关系，制定权力地图并提升干系人关系。
6、完成公司安排的其他事项。

任职要求
1、电气工程、自动化、暖通、工程管理等专业本科及以上学历；经验丰富者可放宽至大专学历。
2、年龄40岁以下。
3、5年以上暖通、自控、空调、空压等相关行业工作经验。
4、熟悉合同法及工程相关法律法规，熟悉机电、暖通等专业知识及国家有关规范。
5、对网关等通信设备及Modbus、BACnet、OPC等通信协议有一定了解。
6、熟练使用AutoCAD、Office、Visio等办公软件。
7、有暖通行业或楼宇智控经验者优先。

工作安排
全职驻马来西亚项目现场，驻外时长约1至3个月，工作语言为英语。
