Engineering Project Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage client engineering projects involving high-tech plants and the semiconductor industry.
2. Supervise project planning, budget execution, monitoring and project closeout at construction sites.
3. Manage, evaluate and develop supply-chain risks and resources.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in electrical engineering and automation, building environment and energy application engineering, energy and power engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least ten years of work experience; experience in cleanroom engineering is preferred.
3. Familiarity with construction management, construction standards and requirements, project execution, acceptance standards and other fundamental construction procedures.
4. Ability to communicate in English.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
6. Experience managing new high-tech plant construction projects and overseas engineering projects is preferred. Candidates holding a Malaysian work visa are preferred.
7. Strong engineering project management capabilities, accountability and the ability to work independently.
8. PMP certification is required.
Work location: Malaysia. Overseas assignment duration: two years.

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、建筑环境与能源应用工程、能源与动力工程或相关专业。
2. 具有10年及以上工作经验，有洁净工程相关经验者优先。
3. 熟悉施工管理、施工规范及要求，掌握项目施工、验收规范等基本建设程序。
4. 能够使用英语交流。
5. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint和Word。
6. 具有新建科技厂房工程管理经验和海外工程经验者优先，持有马来西亚工作签证者优先。
7. 具备工程专案管理能力、较强的责任感及独立承担工作的能力。
8. 持有PMP项目管理专业人士认证。
工作地点：马来西亚。驻外时长：2年。
