Senior Program Management Specialist

About this task

Purpose:
Provide advanced support to Program Managers to improve delivery performance, customer satisfaction, performance reporting and analysis. Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Team Leads regarding variances from production plans, and independently initiate and coordinate the resolution of minor variances with internal functions and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive problem resolution and continuous improvement on behalf of Program Managers, ensuring actions are completed and coordinating with other functions as needed.
2. Prepare and maintain cross-functional team performance data, including delivery, customer satisfaction and quality metrics; analyze the data and present findings and recommendations to Program Managers.
3. Plan, coordinate and prepare advanced materials for customer site visits, quarterly business reviews and other business reviews in coordination with the Customer Experience Team.
4. Lead day-to-day customer engagement on tactical matters, including following up on overdue accounts receivable. Take ownership of CRG communications with customers, cross-functional coordination, inventory and metrics control, and potentially support APQP activities.
5. Serve as the daily customer contact for purchase orders, commitment dates, inquiries and requests. Coordinate with Program Managers on customer Net Promoter Score improvement activities within the cross-functional team and with customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least four years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Work location: Malaysia. Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: two years.
