About this task

Responsibilities
1. Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large multinational data projects, including AI data, data collection, and data annotation projects.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and formulate project plans, resource plans, and risk-control strategies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
3. Manage cross-regional teams in China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring effective communication and driving project progress and goal achievement.
4. Manage teams, establish workflows, and resolve urgent issues at overseas project sites to ensure stable operations.
5. Lead project reviews and process optimization to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
6. Learn and apply the company's latest AI tools and project management systems to improve management efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
1. Energetic, highly motivated, quick to learn, and self-driven.
2. At least two years of project management experience. Experience managing large-scale or cross-regional projects is preferred; industry background is open, with AI data or production management experience considered an advantage.
3. Strong willingness to work internationally and ability to accept long-term global travel or overseas assignments.
4. Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
5. Clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to proactively learn new tools and processes.
6. Experience leading the review and standardization of industrial business processes, including production-site workflows, process optimization, SOP implementation, and production efficiency improvement.
7. Sufficient English communication skills to work with overseas clients and teams.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to grow with the company.

5. 逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题解决能力，愿意主动学习新工具和新流程。
6. 具有主导工业业务流程梳理和流程化管理的经验，包括梳理生产现场作业流程、推动流程优化及SOP标准化落地、提升生产执行效率等。
