Low-Voltage Systems Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the full lifecycle of low-voltage systems projects, including building automation, structured cabling, security surveillance, building management, and conference systems, from solution coordination and construction organization through final acceptance and delivery.
2. Develop project plans and budgets, and control construction progress, quality, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time, to the required quality standards, and within budget.
3. Coordinate clients, construction teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders; resolve technical and onsite issues during implementation; and maintain client relationships.
4. Organize project materials, prepare acceptance documentation, and follow up on after-sales issues to ensure project closure.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, low-voltage engineering, or a related discipline, with at least three years of low-voltage project management experience.
2. Familiarity with relevant low-voltage system standards and technologies; ability to independently coordinate project solutions, review construction drawings, and perform onsite commissioning.
3. A Level II Constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering or a low-voltage engineer certificate is preferred. Tendering experience is also preferred.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel; and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Work arrangement: Onsite assignment in Malaysia for three to six months. English is the working language.

岗位职责
1. 负责弱电项目，包括楼宇自控、综合布线、安防监控、楼宇管理、会议系统等的全流程管理，从方案对接、施工组织到最终验收交付。
2. 制定项目计划与预算，把控施工进度、质量及成本，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
3. 协调甲方、施工队、供应商等多方资源，解决项目实施中的技术与现场问题，维护客户关系。
4. 负责项目资料整理、验收文档编制及售后问题跟进，确保项目闭环。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、弱电工程等相关专业，具有3年以上弱电项目管理经验。
2. 熟悉弱电系统相关规范与技术，能独立完成项目方案对接、施工图纸审核，并具备现场调试能力。
3. 持有二级建造师（机电方向）或弱电工程师证者优先，具备招投标经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调和问题解决能力，能适应出差，有较强的责任心与团队协作意识。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
