Autonomous Driving Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the delivery team’s daily operations, establish project delivery standards and management processes, and oversee the overall planning, control, supervision, quality, and schedule of project delivery.
2. Control delivery costs and risks in accordance with project management processes, coordinate internal and external resources, and resolve major or complex delivery issues.
3. Manage factory and onsite project acceptance, and work with the sales team to support payment collection according to project progress.
4. Analyze project process data, summarize shortcomings and lessons learned, and continuously improve project practices.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline, with knowledge of mechanical design, electronic technology, computer technology, and project management.
2. Proficiency in English as a working language, including fluent communication. Knowledge of Indonesian or Vietnamese is a plus.
3. Strong project management experience, including experience managing autonomous-driving data annotation projects; hands-on data annotation experience is preferred.
4. Ability to travel to overseas markets in Southeast Asia and conduct onsite management assignments. This role does not require permanent onsite residence.

Work arrangement: Onsite assignment in Malaysia for three to six months. English is the working language.

岗位职责
1. 负责交付团队的日常管理，制定项目交付标准和管理流程，对项目交付质量和进度进行总体规划、控制、监督和管理。
2. 按照项目管理流程控制项目交付成本和交付风险，协调并拉通内外部资源，解决项目交付中的重大及疑难问题。
3. 负责项目出厂及现场验收，并根据项目进度协同销售部门完成回款。
4. 对项目过程数据进行统计分析，总结项目不足和经验，持续完善项目实践。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关专业，具备机械设计、电子技术、计算机技术和项目管理等专业知识。
2. 熟练使用英语，能够将其作为工作语言并流畅交流；熟悉印尼语或越南语者加分。
3. 具备优秀的项目管理经验，须有自动驾驶数据标注项目管理经验；具备数据标注实操经验者优先。
4. 能适应前往东南亚等海外市场出差并驻场进行现场管理，但无需长期驻场。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
