AI Computing Center Project Manager

About this task

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate entirely in English with overseas clients and vendors.
3. Ability to undertake long-term overseas business travel and onsite assignments.
4. Hands-on experience with overseas data centers and NVIDIA AI computing projects. Familiarity with GPU computing servers, InfiniBand/RoCE high-speed computing networks, data-center networking, and project delivery. Strong capabilities in overseas project coordination, equipment delivery, supply chain operations, and vendor management. Ability to independently coordinate with overseas clients, original equipment manufacturers, certification bodies, and logistics teams.
5. Strong execution and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with computing-center hardware and network architectures, with proven overseas project delivery experience.
6. Familiarity with cross-border exports and overseas compliance certification processes, with the ability to independently manage onsite overseas projects.

Required skills
1. Computing-center experience: Familiarity with NVIDIA servers, Spectrum-X/InfiniBand switches, optical modules, data-center computing network deployment, equipment rack installation and commissioning, and computing-cluster delivery.
2. Overseas project management: Ability to independently manage the schedule, quality, risks, onsite delivery, acceptance, and closure of overseas IDC projects.
3. Vendor and supply chain management: Familiarity with coordinating vendors in the Vertiv, Accelink, H3C, and NVIDIA ecosystems, including quotations, delivery schedules, quality, account reconciliation, and project resource coordination.
4. Language skills: Fluent business and technical English, with the ability to conduct overseas meetings, negotiations, and technical coordination without communication barriers.

Responsibilities
1. Deliver AI computing projects for overseas data centers in Southeast Asia, covering the entry, networking, commissioning, and delivery of NVIDIA computing equipment and high-speed networking equipment.
2. Manage overseas client communication, technical inquiries, project scheduling, onsite operations, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred industry experience: Computer hardware or communications/network equipment.

Work arrangement: Onsite assignment in Malaysia for three to six months. English is the working language.

6. 熟悉跨境出口及海外合规认证流程，具备独立操盘海外驻场项目的能力。

技能要求
1. 算力中心经验：熟悉英伟达服务器、Spectrum-X/IB交换机、光模块、机房算力组网、整机上架调试及算力集群交付。
2. 海外项目管理：可独立负责海外IDC项目的进度、质量、风险、现场交付、验收及闭环。
3. 供应商与供应链管理：熟悉维谛、光迅、H3C、英伟达体系厂商对接，了解询价、交期、品质、对账及项目资源协调。
4. 语言能力：商务英语和技术英语流利，能够顺畅开展海外会议、谈判及技术对接。

岗位职责
1. 负责东南亚海外数据中心AI算力项目落地，包括英伟达算力设备及高速网络设备的进场、组网、调试与交付。
2. 负责海外客户对接、技术答疑、项目排期、现场管理及供应商统筹，保障海外项目顺利交付。

加分项：具有计算机硬件或通信/网络设备行业经验。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
