HVAC Production Manager

Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full construction and production process for HVAC projects, including central air-conditioning, underfloor heating, ventilation, and smoke exhaust systems. Develop construction plans and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project delivery.
2. Control construction quality, safety, and progress; organize site inspections and process acceptance; and promptly resolve technical, staffing, and coordination issues.
3. Manage the construction team, including work scheduling, skills training, and performance evaluations, to improve overall efficiency and professional capability.
4. Work with the Project Manager to optimize construction methods, control material waste, reduce costs, and ensure on-time completion and delivery.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above in HVAC, mechanical and electrical engineering, building environment and energy engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of HVAC construction and production management experience.
2. Familiarity with HVAC construction processes, acceptance standards, and safety procedures. Ability to independently resolve complex on-site construction issues and review drawings.
3. Strong team management, workforce scheduling, and site coordination skills. A welding certificate, Safety Officer C Certificate, or Level II Constructor Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is preferred.
4. Ability to work on-site, perform well under pressure, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and cost awareness.

岗位职责
1. 负责暖通工程项目，包括中央空调、地暖、通风排烟等工程的生产施工全流程统筹，制定施工计划，调配施工团队、设备及物料，保障项目高效推进。
2. 严格把控施工质量、安全及进度，组织现场巡检与工序验收，及时解决生产过程中的技术、人员及协调问题。
3. 管理施工团队，负责人员排班、技能培训和绩效考核，提升团队整体施工效率与专业水平。
4. 配合项目经理优化施工工艺，控制物料损耗，降低施工成本，确保项目按时完成生产交付。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、机电工程、建筑环境与能源应用等相关专业，具有3年以上暖通施工生产管理经验。
2. 熟悉暖通工程施工工艺、验收规范及安全操作标准，能独立处理现场复杂施工问题，具备图纸审核能力。
3. 具备优秀的团队管理、人员调度及现场协调能力，持有焊工证、安全员C证或二级建造师机电方向证书者优先。
4. 能适应工地驻场工作，抗压能力强，责任心突出，具备良好的沟通能力与成本意识。
