Logistics Project Manager (Southeast Asia)

Responsibilities
1. Develop overseas markets and maintain relationships with international customers and agents while providing project planning and coordination support.
2. Build business connections across the assigned region in line with the overseas strategy.
3. Proactively identify and develop customers, conduct regular follow-ups, understand customer needs, facilitate cooperation, and build trust.
4. Maintain frequent communication with customers, identify and guide their needs, and provide timely service and assistance.
5. Monitor market developments and report updates to management promptly.
6. Coordinate all parties involved in operational processes, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with overseas agents and customers.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in logistics management, international trade, English, or related fields are preferred.
2. At least five years of relevant experience in the international logistics industry. Experience leading a small team is preferred.
3. CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with strong English reading and written communication skills and fluent spoken English.
4. Familiarity with the domestic and overseas operating processes of the international logistics industry.
5. Strong communication skills and cross-cultural communication capabilities.
6. Strong learning ability and service awareness. Candidates able to accommodate extended business travel are preferred.

岗位职责
1. 负责海外市场开发，维护海外客户及代理，并承担项目规划与统筹工作。
2. 根据海外战略布局，积极建立所负责区域的各项业务联系。
3. 有计划地开拓客户并定期回访，了解客户需求，适时维护客户关系，促成合作并建立客户信任。
4. 积极、主动并持续与客户保持联系，发现并引导客户需求，及时提供服务和帮助。
5. 随时掌握市场动态并及时向上级汇报。
6. 负责运作流程中各方的沟通协调与问题解决，及时有效地与海外代理及客户沟通。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、英语等相关专业优先。
2. 具有5年以上国际物流行业相关岗位工作经验，有小型团队管理经验者优先。
3. 英语六级以上，具备良好的英语阅读和书面表达能力，英语口语流利。
4. 熟悉国际物流行业国内及海外市场的基本运作流程。
5. 具有良好的沟通能力和跨文化交流技巧。
6. 具有较强的学习能力和服务意识，能适应长时间出差者优先。
