Automation Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate projects, improve project processes, and prepare relevant documentation.
2. Manage the delivery process for robotics projects and follow up on project progress.
3. Develop project plans, organize project meetings and regular status meetings, and monitor project progress.
4. Coordinate internal and external communication and resources, and ensure projects are completed on time by managing cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and safety.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communications, automation and control, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. At least one year of work experience.
3. Experience in robotics project management, with strong client communication, planning, and execution capabilities.
4. Familiarity with automation project processes and the ability to advance projects, anticipate risks, and develop recovery measures.
5. Relevant technical knowledge in areas such as software, mechanical engineering, or electronics R&D is preferred.
6. Strong communication skills, initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork.
7. Experience in special-purpose equipment, automation equipment, or automotive R&D/manufacturing is a plus.

Work arrangement: On-site assignment in Malaysia for 3–6 months. English is the working language.

2. 负责公司交付类机器人项目的流程管理及项目进度督促工作。
3. 制定项目计划，组织项目会议和例会，监控项目进展情况。
4. 负责项目内外部沟通和资源协调，从成本、交期、人员、质量和安全等方面推动项目按时完成。
5. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、自控、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 具有1年及以上工作经验。
3. 具有机器人行业项目管理经验，具备较强的客户沟通、计划制定和项目推动能力。
4. 熟悉自动化项目流程，能够有效推进项目、预测风险并制定挽回措施。
5. 具备软件、机械、电子研发等相关专业知识者优先。
6. 沟通能力强，工作主动，责任心强，具有良好的团队精神。
7. 具有专用设备、自动化设备或汽车研发与制造行业经验者优先。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作，驻外时长3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
