HVAC Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, including central air-conditioning, fresh-air systems, floor heating, ventilation, and smoke-exhaust systems, from solution coordination and construction organization through acceptance and delivery.
2. Develop construction schedules and cost budgets, and control project progress, quality, and safety to ensure projects are completed on time, to the required standards, and within budget.
3. Coordinate resources across clients, supervisors, construction teams, and suppliers; resolve on-site technical and coordination issues; and maintain client relationships.
4. Organize project materials, prepare acceptance documentation, follow up on after-sales maintenance, and support project settlement and payment collection.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in HVAC, building environment and energy engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of HVAC project management experience.
2. Familiarity with HVAC construction processes, acceptance specifications, and relevant technical standards; ability to independently review construction drawings and perform on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.
3. A Level II Constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC Engineer certification, or Safety Officer C certification is preferred. Tendering or large-scale project management experience is also preferred.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills; ability to work on site and travel; resilience under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.

Work arrangement: On-site assignment in Malaysia for 3–6 months. English is the working language.

岗位职责：
1. 负责暖通工程项目，包括中央空调、新风系统、地暖、通风排烟等项目的全流程管理，涵盖方案对接、施工组织、验收和交付。
2. 制定项目施工计划和成本预算，把控施工进度、质量及安全，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
3. 协调甲方、监理、施工团队、供应商等多方资源，解决现场技术及协调问题，维护客户关系。
4. 负责项目资料整理和验收文档编制，跟进售后维保，配合完成项目结算与回款。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、建筑环境与能源应用工程、机电工程等相关专业，具有3年以上暖通项目管理经验。
2. 熟悉暖通工程施工工艺、验收规范及相关技术标准，能够独立审核施工图纸，具备现场调试和问题解决能力。
3. 持有二级建造师机电方向证书、暖通工程师证或安全员C证者优先；具有招投标或大型项目管理经验者优先。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调和团队管理能力，能够适应驻场与出差，抗压能力强，责任心强。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作，驻外时长3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
