Delivery Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales during the presales stage, prepare the project Statement of Work based on the presales solution, assess costs and schedules, and support contract signing.
2. During delivery, organize resources and lead the implementation team through project research, development and implementation, system launch, and acceptance.
3. Coordinate and mobilize internal and external resources throughout implementation, and guide implementation and development consultants in completing assigned tasks.
4. Manage on-site personnel during project execution and communicate with senior client stakeholders on project matters.
5. Take responsibility for project gross margin and customer satisfaction, managing project scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, safety, and changes throughout delivery.

Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken English and the ability to use English as a working language. Overseas delivery project management or requirements analysis experience is preferred.
2. Familiarity with IoT technologies, including data acquisition, cloud computing, and big-data analytics.
3. Experience implementing integrated software and hardware projects involving large-scale IoT, connected vehicles, off-site equipment management, smart operations, commercial-vehicle aftermarket digitalization, or related enterprise digital transformation initiatives. On-site implementation and commissioning experience is preferred.
4. Relevant capabilities or experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: omnichannel marketing, brand marketing, and aftermarket services in manufacturing; enterprise IT planning methodologies and tools; business and data architecture design for large enterprises; enterprise-level business middle-platform data modeling; data integration, data warehouse modeling, data governance, metrics management and BI, and big-data platform management and operations; customer portals, business middle platforms, data-driven marketing, personalized recommendations, or sales forecasting.
5. A degree in computer science, software engineering, information management, IoT, connected vehicles, or a related field is preferred. At least five years of project management experience is required; requirements analysis or technical development experience is preferred.
6. Familiarity with project management or a PMP certification is preferred. Candidates should understand the full project management lifecycle, waterfall and agile approaches, and key deliverables at each stage, and be able to independently prepare project management plans.
7. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to mobilize cross-departmental resources to support successful delivery.
8. Strong resilience and execution skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to allocate work effectively among team members.
9. Ability to undertake extended business travel in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.

Work arrangement: On-site assignment in Malaysia for 3–6 months. English is the working language.

5. 对交付项目的毛利和客户满意度负责，围绕目标开展项目范围、进度、质量、风险、成本、安全及变更管理。

任职资格：
1. 英语口语流利，能够将英语作为工作语言；具有海外交付项目管理或需求分析经验者优先。
2. 熟悉物联网技术，包括数据采集、云计算和大数据分析。
3. 具有大型物联网、车联网、厂外设备管理、智慧运营、商用车后市场数字化等企业数字化转型相关软硬件集成项目实施经验；具有现场实施和调试经验者优先。
4. 具有以下一项或多项能力或经验者优先：制造业全渠道营销、品牌营销及后市场服务业务知识；企业IT规划方法论和工具；大型企业业务架构和数据架构设计；企业级业务中台数据模型设计；数据集成、数仓建模、数据治理、指标管理与BI、大数据平台管理和运营；客户门户、业务中台、数据化营销、个性化推荐或销售预测项目经验。
5. 计算机、软件、信息化管理、物联网、车联网等相关专业优先；具有5年以上项目管理经验，具有需求分析或技术开发经验者优先。
6. 熟悉项目管理或持有PMP证书者优先；熟悉项目管理全过程，掌握瀑布和敏捷模式的管理特点，了解项目各阶段关键输出物的目的和内容，能够独立输出项目管理方案。
7. 具备优秀的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，能够灵活调动跨部门资源，形成合力保障交付。
8. 抗压能力和执行力强，重视团队合作，能够合理分配团队成员的工作任务。
9. 能够适应东南亚地区长期出差，包括印度尼西亚等地。

工作安排：驻马来西亚线下工作，驻外时长3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
