Able to travel overseas frequently and work onsite for extended periods. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and an understanding of local approval, labor, and engineering compliance requirements.
5. Strong cross-departmental and multi-party coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to make prompt decisions in complex overseas situations.
