About this task
Responsibilities:
1. Comply with applicable national and regional policies, laws, regulations, and company rules; protect the company's image and employees' rights and ensure that assigned targets are achieved.
2. Manage construction projects throughout their lifecycle, from government approval through completion, acceptance, and handover. Prepare project management plans and control onsite construction quality, schedule, cost, safety, changes, and risks. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Participate in construction progress meetings organized by contractors and PMC teams, guide discussions, make sound judgments, and promote schedule optimization.
4. Organize project completion and acceptance. Coordinate and manage the design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality and quantity.
5. Organize and manage personnel, funds, and materials entering the project site; coordinate subcontractors and promptly resolve construction issues.
6. Coordinate with business departments and support inspections and acceptance activities conducted by government authorities and other responsible departments.
7. Promptly report construction safety or quality incidents to management and work with relevant departments to handle them appropriately.
8. During acceptance and handover, verify project completion status and handover documents, prepare acceptance plans, organize acceptance activities, review completion documentation, assist with audits and handover procedures, and support project settlement.
9. Prepare a project summary after completion, document improvement recommendations, and retain knowledge for future projects.
Requirements:
1. College diploma or above in electrical engineering, HVAC, engineering management, or a related field, or an equivalent Malaysian qualification.
2. At least five years of project management experience; data center project experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the design and construction processes and tools used for electrical power, lighting, water supply and drainage, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, including AutoCAD and P6.
4. Experience managing mechanical and electrical projects. Familiarity with project management processes and methods, with the ability to prepare schedules and budgets and manage project changes and risks.
5. Responsible, hardworking, resilient, and an effective communicator. Able to communicate fluently in different languages and follow management arrangements.
Work location: Malaysia. Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: 6–12 months.
岗位职责:
1. 遵守所在国家和地区的相关政策、法律法规及公司规章制度,维护企业形象和员工权益,确保全面完成公司下达的各项指标。
2. 对建设项目进行整体把控,从政府立项到项目完工、验收及移交实施全生命周期管理;编制项目管理计划,对现场施工的质量、进度、成本、安全、变更及风险进行全过程管理,并及时协调相关干系人,确保项目顺利实施。
3. 参与施工单位及PMC等组织的施工进度确认会,把控会议方向,正确判断并推动项目工期优化。
4. 组织工程竣工验收,协调并管理机电系统的设计、施工、调试、验收和移交,确保项目按时、按质、按量完成。
5. 科学组织和管理进入项目工地的人员、资金及物资,协调分包单位之间的关系,及时解决施工中出现的问题。
6. 协调各业务部门,配合政府验收部门及相关职能部门对项目工程开展检查。
7. 对施工中发生的安全或质量事故及时向公司领导汇报,并会同相关部门妥善处理。
8. 在验收及移交阶段,检查项目完成状态和移交文件,制定验收计划,组织各项验收并审核竣工资料;协助完成审计及移交手续,并配合相关部门完成项目工程结算。
9. 项目结束后编写项目总结,输出改进意见并沉淀项目知识,为后续项目提供参考。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,电气、暖通、工程管理或相关专业,或具备马来西亚同等学历和专业资质。
2. 具有五年以上项目管理工作经验,有数据中心项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉电力、照明、给排水、通风空调等机电系统的设计和施工流程,能够使用AutoCAD、P6等工具。
4. 具备机电项目管理经验,熟悉项目管理流程和方法,能够制定项目进度计划和预算,并开展项目变更及风险管理。
5. 踏实肯干、责任心强、吃苦耐劳,具备良好的沟通能力,能够使用不同语言流利交流并服从工作安排。
