MEP Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute overseas building MEP installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements.
2. Follow domestic and international standards for building MEP installation and provide technical guidance and quality control.
3. Coordinate the overseas project team and resolve technical challenges and unexpected issues during construction.
4. Communicate effectively with overseas clients, partners, and local regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance.

Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in building MEP installation, a PRC Class I Constructor qualification, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Data center project experience is preferred.
2. Ability to work overseas on a long-term basis, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability.
3. Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently assume project responsibilities.
4. Fluent English for daily workplace communication and business negotiations.

Location and arrangement: Based in Malaysia for 6–12 months, with projects in Southeast Asia. An additional overseas onsite allowance is provided.

3. 协调海外项目团队，解决施工过程中的技术难题与突发问题。
4. 与海外客户、合作伙伴及当地监管机构保持良好沟通，确保项目合规。

任职要求：
1. 具备建筑机电安装领域相关工作经验，持有一级建造师证书，熟悉行业标准与规范；有数据中心项目经验者优先。
2. 能够长期驻海外工作，具备良好的跨文化沟通与适应能力。
3. 具备较强的项目管理能力与问题解决能力，能够独立承担项目职责。
4. 英语流利，能够作为工作语言进行日常交流与商务谈判。

工作地点及安排：驻马来西亚6至12个月，项目区域为东南亚，另计海外驻场补贴。
