Data Center Project Manager

About this task

Work location: Malaysia. Overseas assignment duration: 6–12 months. Candidates must be able to work on site for overseas projects.
Working language: English.
Compensation is negotiable and includes additional project bonuses and a year-end bonus.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of data center and high-standard building intelligent-system projects, including BMS, DCIM, security, and environmental and power monitoring systems, from initiation and planning through implementation and final acceptance. Ensure delivery on schedule, to the required quality standards, and within budget.
2. Lead on-site construction management covering schedule, quality, and safety; coordinate internal technical teams and external parties including clients, supervision consultants, design institutes, and subcontractors; and resolve on-site issues promptly.
3. Control project costs, review expenditures, optimize resource allocation to improve profitability, identify and evaluate project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
4. Participate in preliminary requirements analysis and solution design, help resolve technical issues on site, and review construction drawings, technical solutions, and completion documents to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
5. Organize final acceptance and handover, complete project documentation and archiving, and establish post-delivery operation and maintenance support systems to ensure stable operation and continuous optimization.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in building automation, computer science, electronic information, mechanical and electrical engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of intelligent building systems, including structured cabling, security, and data center engineering, as well as relevant construction standards. Proficiency in building automation systems and familiarity with mainstream products from Honeywell, Siemens, or similar vendors. Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
3. Familiarity with engineering quantity-calculation software such as Glodon and Suanwang, with the ability to perform pricing models, independently prepare bills of quantities, and complete cost calculations.
4. At least five years of ELV or intelligent-building project management experience. Familiarity with the architecture and integration of BMS, DCIM, and AIoT platforms. Experience delivering large data centers, high-standard server rooms, or complex campus projects is preferred.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, and pressure-management skills, with strong hands-on ability and the capability to explain technical solutions clearly to clients. A Grade I or Grade II Construction Engineer certificate in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred.
6. Overseas project management experience is preferred. Candidates who can use English as a working language and understand English drawings and standards are preferred. Must be able to undertake long-term business travel or overseas assignments.

岗位职责：
1、统筹数据中心及高标准建筑智能化项目，包括BMS、DCIM、安防和动环监控等系统，从项目启动、规划、实施到竣工验收进行全生命周期管理，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。
2、主导项目现场施工的进度、质量和安全管理，统筹内部技术团队，协调甲方、监理、设计院及分包商等相关方，及时解决现场突发问题。
3、严格管控项目成本，审核各项费用支出，优化资源配置并提升项目利润率；识别和评估潜在风险，制定应对策略，保障项目平稳推进。
4、参与前期需求调研和方案设计，协助解决现场技术难题；审核施工图纸、技术方案和竣工文档，确保技术方案具备可行性并顺利落地。
5、组织项目竣工验收与移交，完善竣工资料归档，搭建后期运维支持体系，确保系统稳定运行并持续优化。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，楼宇自动化、计算机、电子信息、机电工程或相关专业。
2、精通综合布线、安防、机房工程等智能化系统原理及施工规范，熟练掌握楼宇自控系统，熟悉霍尼韦尔、西门子等主流品牌产品，熟练使用CAD及Office办公软件。
3、熟悉广联达、算王等工程算量软件，具备计价建模能力，能够独立完成工程量清单编制与成本核算。
4、具备五年以上弱电智能化项目管理经验，熟悉BMS、DCIM、AIoT平台等技术架构与集成逻辑；有大型数据中心、高标准机房或复杂园区项目落地经验者优先。
5、具备优秀的沟通谈判、抗压和团队协作能力，动手能力强，能够向客户清晰讲解技术方案；持有一级或二级机电建造师证书者优先。
6、有海外项目管理经验者优先；能够使用英语工作并看懂英文图纸及规范者优先；能够适应长期出差或驻外工作。
