About this task
Responsibilities:
1. Translate internal HR documents, management policies, employment contracts, and other written materials between Chinese and Spanish, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Provide daily interpretation between expatriate employees and the local Mexican team, as well as onsite interpretation for remote and video meetings between headquarters and the Mexican factory or project site.
3. Support HR administration for Chinese employees assigned to Mexico, including onboarding and offboarding, visa and residence permit follow-up, and local employment-compliance support.
4. Liaise with local law firms, accounting firms, immigration authorities, and other partners in Mexico; track document processing and support legally compliant expatriate operations.
5. Organize and archive translated materials and build and maintain a knowledge base and standardized bilingual Chinese-Spanish HR documentation system.
6. Participate in Mexico-related internal meetings and cross-functional communication and help drive expatriate-management actions to completion.
7. Coordinate translation assignments, allocate work, and ensure translation quality and timely delivery.
8. Complete other administrative communication, coordination, and expatriate-support tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program in Spanish, translation, or a related field.
2. Strong written translation and interpretation skills, with the ability to independently translate between Chinese and Spanish and three to five years of relevant HR, translation, or related experience.
3. Familiarity with Mexican labor regulations, visa policies, and HR processes is preferred. Translation experience in electromechanical installation, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred.
4. Strong coordination and management skills, including the ability to lead a translation team or coordinate multiple parties.
5. Efficient, agile, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
6. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams in China and Mexico.
7. DELE Spanish B2 or above is required; English working communication skills are preferred.
8. Able to accept a long-term assignment in Mexico and work effectively under pressure.
Work arrangement: Long-term, full-time onsite assignment in Mexico. The specific office address will be provided during the interview.

2、负责外派员工与墨西哥当地团队之间的日常沟通口译,以及总部与墨西哥工厂或项目现场远程会议、视频会议的现场口译工作。

5、负责翻译资料的整理归档及知识库的搭建与维护,建立标准化的中西双语人事管理文件体系。
6、参与公司内部与墨西哥相关的业务会议及跨部门沟通,协助推动外派管理事项落地。
7、负责统筹翻译工作安排,协调翻译任务分工,保障翻译质量和时效。
8、完成领导交办的其他日常行政沟通、工作协调及外派支持等相关事务。
职位要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历,西班牙语、翻译或相关专业。
2、具有较强的笔译、口译能力,能够独立完成标准的中西互译,具备3-5年人事、翻译或相关工作经验。
3、熟悉墨西哥当地劳动法规、签证政策及人事管理流程者优先;有机电设备安装、工程制造行业翻译经验者优先。
4、具备统筹管理能力,能带领翻译团队或协调多方资源完成工作任务,有责任心,执行力强。
5、工作高效、思维敏捷、应变能力强,能适应快节奏和多任务并行的工作环境。
6、具备良好的跨文化沟通协调能力,能够在中墨两地团队之间搭建高效协作桥梁。
7、持有西班牙语DELE B2及以上等级证书,具备英语工作沟通能力者优先。
8、能够接受长期外派墨西哥工作安排,具备较强的适应能力和抗压能力。
