International IT Business Partner

About this task

Work location: Mexico
Overseas assignment duration: 3–6 months

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary IT contact for the assigned region or country, manage regional IT requirements and system issues through closure, proactively monitor system health, and identify issues in advance.
2. Develop a deep understanding of business operating models, management approaches, and decision-making logic; identify business pain points and translate them into clear IT requirements to drive product iteration and improve system user experience.
3. Use international BI systems, channel management dashboards, and other data tools to independently analyze regional operating data and generate insights.
4. Act as the regional owner for key international initiatives by understanding objectives, preparing plans, monitoring progress, analyzing causes, and adjusting measures to ensure successful rollout and ongoing operation.
5. Build AI-enabled solutions for business needs, including automated data processing, intelligent dashboards, and productivity improvements.
6. Organize and manage AI agents to complete tasks, convert individual experience into reusable digital capabilities, and promote effective use of AI tools within regional business teams.

Requirements:
1. At least five years of experience in product management, business analysis, IT business partnering, or a related field, with strong business understanding, project management skills, and a high level of responsibility.
2. Overseas project experience is preferred.
3. Fluent English sufficient for use as a working language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
4. Strong learning, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Practical experience with AI tools, such as large language model applications, agents, automation scripts, or low-code platforms, and a willingness to explore new technologies.
6. Experience with data analysis and BI dashboards, with the ability to independently perform operating data analysis.

岗位职责：
1、作为区域或国家的信息化整体对接人，统一承接区域IT需求与系统问题并推动闭环，主动检查区域系统健康状况，提前发现问题。
2、深入理解业务运作模式、管理思路与决策逻辑，洞察业务痛点并将其转化为清晰的IT需求，推动产品迭代并提升系统用户体验。
3、熟练使用国际BI、渠道秩序看板等数据工具，独立完成区域经营数据分析与业务洞察。
4、担任国际重点专项的区域负责人，理解项目目标，制定计划、监控进度、分析原因并调整措施，保障总部重点项目在区域内高效落地、成功导入及持续运营。
5、运用AI工具和Agent构建业务解决方案，包括自动化数据处理、搭建智能看板及提升团队工作效率。
6、组织和管理Agent完成任务，将个人经验沉淀为团队可复用的数字化能力，并在区域内推广AI工具的有效使用。

任职要求：
1、具备5年以上产品、业务分析、ITBP或相关工作经验，理解业务并具备项目管理能力和高度责任心。
2、有海外项目经验者优先。
3、英语流利，可作为工作语言；掌握其他小语种者优先。
4、具备较强的学习、协作及问题解决能力。
5、具备AI工具实战经验，如大模型应用、Agent、自动化脚本或低代码平台，并愿意主动探索新技术。
6、具备数据分析和BI看板使用经验，能够独立完成经营数据分析。
