Data Analyst

About this task

Work location: Bangkok, Thailand, with approximately half of the working time involving business travel to Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business data, gain insight into frontline operations, drive organizational improvements, and develop business solutions based on analytical reports.
2. Establish and use a business analysis indicator system to monitor core operating metrics and abnormal data, providing early warnings and interpretations of anomalies.
3. Apply data insight and qualitative and quantitative analysis to quickly identify internal issues. Conduct routine data analysis and monitoring, coordinate resources to track anomalies, and perform in-depth analysis.
4. Complete in-depth ad hoc analyses based on business needs and produce analytical reports.
5. Apply data-driven approaches to business scenarios, integrate data with operations, maintain business stability, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above and at least three years of experience. A background in express delivery or warehousing is preferred, as is a major in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in SQL, experience using data to drive business decisions, and familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
3. Strong organizational and business execution capabilities, with the ability to translate projects and analytical findings into high-quality business improvements. Strong teamwork, planning skills, and initiative are required.
4. Strong logical thinking, business interpretation, and rapid learning abilities; sensitivity to numbers and the ability to independently lead end-to-end data analysis projects.
5. Experience or demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and analysts.
6. Experience in express-delivery network optimization, central control and dispatching, or transportation optimization is preferred.

工作地点：泰国曼谷，约一半工作时间需出差至菲律宾马尼拉。

岗位职责：
1、通过业务数据分析深入一线实际业务，推动各组织优化问题，并结合数据报告输出业务解决方案。
2、通过业务分析指标体系监控核心经营指标及异常数据，对异常指标进行预警和解读。
3、通过数据洞察及定性、定量分析迅速定位内部问题，负责日常数据分析和监控，并针对异常情况协调资源进行跟踪和深入分析。
4、根据实际业务需求完成较深入的专项数据分析，并形成数据分析报告。
5、结合业务场景，通过数据驱动和数业结合保障业务稳定，实现降本增效。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验；有快递、仓储行业背景者优先，数学、统计学、经济学、计算机等相关专业优先。
2、精通SQL，有通过数据驱动业务的经验，熟练使用Power BI、Tableau等数据可视化工具。
3、具备较强的组织能力和业务推进能力，能够结合项目和分析结果推动高质量业务优化；具备团队合作精神、工作规划能力和主动意识。
4、具备良好的逻辑思维、业务解读和快速学习能力，对数字敏感，能够独立领导完整的数据分析项目。
5、具备管理多个项目和多名分析师的经验或能力。
6、有快递行业网络运营优化、中控调度或运输优化工作经历者优先。
