Project Engineer / Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Plan new projects during the early stage and manage their introduction into mass production.
2. Maintain technical standards and documentation for mass-produced products, improve identified issues, and manage product transfers and design changes.
3. Manage the achievement of quality KPIs and develop and maintain the quality management system.
4. Advance VA/VE activities according to plan.
5. Provide technical support to suppliers.
6. Introduce new business, technologies, and processes.

Requirements
1. College diploma or above in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
2. At least five years of experience in project management, product development, or onsite operations management.
3. Ability to use both English and French as working languages.
4. Strong command of project development systems and processes, with advanced project management expertise.

Preferred Experience
Experience in new energy vehicles, automotive components, or automotive research and manufacturing is preferred.

Compensation and Work Arrangement
Salary: 18-25K with 15 salary payments per year. Full-time onsite assignment in Morocco for approximately three years. Working languages: English and French.

岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，汽车、机械或相关专业。
2. 具有5年以上项目管理、产品开发或现场管理经验。
3. 英语和法语均可作为工作语言。
4. 精通项目开发体系及流程，具备扎实的项目管理能力。

加分项
具有新能源汽车、汽车零部件或汽车研发制造行业经验者优先。

薪资及工作安排
薪资为18-25K，15薪。工作地点为摩洛哥，全职线下驻外，驻外时长约3年；工作语言为英语和法语。
