Landscaping Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage landscaping works for an overseas project, ensuring project quality and schedule compliance.
2. Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of landscaping works.
3. Resolve technical issues arising during construction to keep the project on track.
4. Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with established standards and timelines.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate resources effectively.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle unexpected issues.
4. Familiarity with tropical planting requirements and strong expertise in ongoing plant maintenance.
5. Knowledge of the landscaping industry and the ability to provide practical recommendations based on project needs.
6. Experience in real estate development or property management is a plus.
